Panel Specifications
The Polypool panel is produced using our up-to-the-minute injection machining process.
A combination of chemicals are mixed to produce the resin component Isofoam which is then heated to an ambient temperature of around 22C and then injected under pressure in between steel sheets within a mould.
Description
Isofoam RM DP6312ZM is the resin component of a two part, MDI based system for producing rigid foam by pour in place or moulded techniques. Designed for use on both high and low-pressure dispensing equipment.
Application
Isofoam RM DP6312ZM was specially formulated to produce rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam for use on high or low pressure machines.
Typical physical properties
The physical properties opposite were obtained from laboratory produced mouldings (30cm x 30cm x 5cm) at a mix ratio of 42.6 res/57.4 Iso by weight. Component temperatures were at 20℃ and mould temperature at 40℃
